The Oklahoma District Council of the Assemblies of God seeks to serve ministers and ministries in fellowship with the Assemblies of God. Our vision and goal is to partner with the New Testament Church and those individuals divinely called to ministry by providing resources and assistance with the following:

1. TO EMPOWER - through the granting of ministerial recognition, training, and partnership with individuals called by God; and to provide official recognition to local church congregations.
2. TO ENCOURAGE - credentialed ministers, the ministerial family, and the local church.
3. TO ENABLE - in the bonds of partnership and resources, we provide a covering whereby more can be accomplished together than individually, ministering through missions efforts, programs, and cooperative ministries.
4. TO EMBRACE - through building and strengthening of relationships with ministers and members of the community of faith with others of like value and belief.
5. TO EQUIP - to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith, and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
