Position Summary
Life Fellowship is seeking a passionate and relational Youth Pastor to lead LF Youth (grades 6–12). This role will disciple students, develop young leaders, partner with parents, and create environments where teens encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and live on mission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead weekly youth services with worship, teaching, and small groups.

Job Description;

Providing a Sunday Morning Experience for students aged 4yrs to 12yrs. Engage with students in occasional activities such as day time or evening activities and be available for kids camp in the summer. Our church does a big fundraiser 3 times per year for our kids department and this responsibility falls in

the department of the kids pastor. (We do have lots of help with this fundraiser, but coordination and attendance from the Children's Pastor would be greatly appreciated.) The youth and children's pastor work closely together to ensure a smooth transition from children's to youth. This would include joint activities for all students, collaboration on the bus routes and drivers and any other opportunities that may arise.

This position would also include filling in for Pastor Kevin on an occasional Wednesday night for Bible Study in his absence. Some computer and sound knowledge would be helpful but is not required.

We are a Great People, in a Great Place serving a Great God. We have had many obstacles in the past years from church splits to financial difficulties, BUT GOD! We believe 2026 is a year for expectation and growth. Currently we have a Student Ministries Coordinator who has been over seeing all student ministries from nursery age all the way up to our young adults.
