  • Campers

    • MADE FOR THIS Retreat is a discipleship camp for students ages 8-12. It is important that these guidelines be followed, because we want your campers to receive effective ministry on a level that is most appropriate for their age. If you have questions about whether a camper meets the age criteria for your camp, please contact the OCM Office at (405) 475-1172.

    Volunteer Staff

    • Any Volunteer Staff serving as a Coach must be 18 or older. Since Coaches are legally responsible for the campers in their room, they must be adults.  Support Staff must be at least 17 years old or older. 

  • Guests are not allowed at camp except credentialed ministers with the Assemblies of God. Volunteer Staff may not bring children who do not meet the Camper age requirements. 

    • Camper substitutions may be made at no additional charge. 

    • We cannot guarantee T-shirts for changes or additions made after October 31, 2024.

    • REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • The Camp Coordinator will be sent a link to the Camp Health Screening, which must be completed within 24 hours of your church group’s arrival at camp. The Coordinator should ask the parent of each camper the screening questions and complete the form before leaving the church for Camp Cargill.

    • All prescription medication must be sent to the camp in the original prescription container, and the label must display the camper’s name, physician’s name, and pharmacy. This includes inhalers.

    • All over-the-counter medication must be sent to the camp in original packaging with the current expiration date clearly visible. If expired, medication will not be administered at camp.

  • MADE FOR THIS, Check-in will begin at 4 pm in The Solid Rock (gym).

    You will receive parking and rooming information at the gate when you arrive.

    Campers and staff will take their bags to the common area of their cabin and then go to the Worship Center until your group is checked in. 

    One adult is required to check your group at The Solid Rock/Gym. Check-in includes:

    • Viewing the Camp Health Screening confirmation email in your email.        

    • Comparing the Final Roster you brought of your campers/staff with the Medical Forms on file.          

    • Turn in medication for campers and checked against their Medical Forms to confirm dosing.

    • Staff medications will be turned in to the Nurse’s Station for safekeeping and will not be reviewed.

    You will receive a packet for your group with a name tag/lanyard, key, and any other information necessary for your stay.

    After Check-in, you get your group from the Worship Center and take campers to room(s) to settle in until dinner.
