Mark Hausfeld

Director,  The Institute Of Ministerial Wholeness

Dr. Mark Hausfeld is a distinguished leader, educator, and church planter with a global vision for spiritual transformation. He has pioneered impactful ministries both in the United States and internationally. As a church planter, Dr. Hausfeld's church was planted in the City of Chicago, where he ministered to diverse urban communities, and in Pakistan, where with Assemblies of God World Missions, he established Teen Challenge Pakistan, offering life-changing support for those struggling with addiction and church planted.

Dr. Hausfeld served as the Assemblies of God World Missions Area Director for Central Eurasia, overseeing church planting and discipleship efforts across culturally complex regions. Later, as International Director for Global Initiative: Reaching Muslim Peoples, he directed efforts to reach Muslim communities with the gospel, equipping local leaders for cross-cultural ministry. His dedication to theological education led him to serve as President of the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, where he fostered academic excellence and spiritual growth among students preparing for ministry.

Today, Dr. Hausfeld directs the Institute for Ministerial Wholeness, a ministry dedicated to providing soul care and spiritual direction for ministers and leaders. His work emphasizes holistic growth—nurturing body, mind, soul, spirit, and vocation—through developing a structured Rule of Life. Dr. Hausfeld’s legacy is an unwavering commitment to global ministry, pastoral and missionary health, and transformative spiritual leadership. He serves with his wife Lynda, who founded and directs Say Hello: Serving Muslim Women, part of Assemblies of God World Missions Global Initiative: Reaching Muslim Peoples.

Mark and Lynda have been married 40 years and have three married children and six grandchildren. With thanksgiving, all have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
